Whilst a cozy, open concept living/ dining/ kitchen, a convertible room, bath and laundry are distributed across the ground floor, two self-contained bedrooms with a spacious terrace area comprise the upper floor level. Immediately off the kitchen is a small courtyard deck, creating an intimate transitional space to the outdoors.
