Chataigner house plan

The open Living, Kitchen and Dining rooms flow into each other forming an ‘L’ around a 15′ x 8′ deck. The design incorporates these comfortably on as little as 1,280 square feet of floor area. The Master Bedroom boasts an en-suite bath and a walk-in closet of roughly 6′ x 10′. Positioned on one corner of the building, it has its own small back porch to take advantage of an available view. The architecture applied to the exterior finishes lends to a mixed traditional Caribbean style, with particular use of Metal Roofing and Timber cladding on the exterior walls. As with all our other designs, the Chataignier is structurally optimized to withstand typical storm and seismic loads in the Caribbean.
