The purpose of this project is to develop approximately 13.15 acres of property developments for low-income residential housing estate at the following sites: Lily Valley- Trafalgar, Hillsborough Estate- St. Joseph and Jimmit phase IV– Jimmit.
Millenia carried out master planning for the various housing schemes to be implemented in these areas.
