JOB TITLE: Engineer
Location: Roseau, Dominica
Employment Type: Contract
Salary Range: EC$42,000.00 to EC$60,000.00 annually
JOB PURPOSE
- To develop detailed Civil and Structural Engineering designs, and creatively and logically resolve design and development problems
- To use a range of design computer packages for designing projects and undertake complex and repetitive calculations
- Undertake technical and feasibility studies, site investigations and project monitoring
- Assess the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertake risk management in specialist roles
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
- Project monitoring credentials and/or experience

JOB PURPOSE
Facilitate the delivery of engineering, architecture and technical services to clients of The Millenia Group through the production of drawings using computer aided software.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Educated to Associate’s Degree level
- Experience working as a Draughtsperson/Technical Assistant
- Experience using Revit program would be an asset
- Ability to prepare Cost Estimates is an advantage
