Gil is a Civil Engineer with over 25 years of work experience in the construction and consulting industries. Specializing in project management, structural steel and reinforced concrete designs. Mr. Guillermo has completed complex designs, supervised and managed design and construction of a wide range of building and civil projects where he conducts supervision on the quality and, quantity of works, conducts analysis of cost and time on projects. Mr. Guillermo has been involved in a range of both Government and Private Sector Projects since 1996 both Design and Design-Build models.
