Fredericka Alexander-Durand, Management and Human Resource Consultant, brings thirty–five (35} years of solid banking experience and eight (8) years’ experience in the Human Resource Management to the Millenia Group of Companies . This wealth of experience continues to assist greatly in in the continuous development of the Millenia Group of Companies.
To qualify the experience, Fredericka holds a Masters in Business Administration (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies and an Associate’s degree in banking from the University of Nippising, among several other achievements. She is a toastmaster and carries the titles of Advanced Communicator Bronze (ACB) and Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB)
With a track record of being a change agent, she is indeed a great communicator, effective committed leader, a great team player who believes in achieving high performance goals with good organizational skills and excellent time management skills.
Presently, Fredericka is the CEO of her firm Al’s Consultancy Plus, where she provides services in Part time lecturing for the University of the West Indies, consultancy for Executive Managers in Management, Human Resource Management & Development, and Compliance. She is a well rounded Training & Development personnel specializing in Leadership, Compliance and Customer Service among others.
